When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order is between 1 - 2 days and the delivery time is between 7-9 business days for UK, Australia and Europe. For the USA the delivery time is between 4-6 business days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

How much is shipping ?

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all of our deliveries are free

If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately, depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Do not worry, your package will arrive shortly.

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed package?
With our secure delivery, Felita Shop takes care of disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We do not blame the courier and we do not let you "fend for yourself". We assume full responsibility.  After investigation,  we will immediately resend you a new package at our expense.
